GIGABYTE выпустила множество X58 - базируемых материнских плат с момента появления этого чипсета в 2008 году. Она обладает тем же самым низким диапазоном цен около 200$, USB 3.0, SATA, 3-х летней гарантией и идентичным расположением элементов, но добавились еще 4 фазы мощности. Другое новое добавление - extra USB header (красный), Вкл\выкл технология заряда USB, которая поддерживает питание переднего USB даже когда компьютер выключен. GIGABYTE также отмечает, что header обеспечивает приблизительно в три раза больше питания, чем стандартный порт USB, что означает, что устройства, такие как iPhone, будут заряжаться быстрее.
